The purpose of this peer assessment is to rate the strengths and weaknesses of your team members. Note that a fair assessment of each team member's strengths and weaknesses is expected. Think back through the entire group work exercise and try to be objective in your assessment. In this evaluation process you will be required to:
Rate your team members on a scale of 1 to 7: You will be asked to evaluate your team members along four dimensions (cooperation, conceptual contribution, practical contribution, and work ethic). Write comments about your team members: You will also be asked to provide narrative comments about each of your team members. In this section you must justify the ratings given during the previous section. Please be as descriptive as possible.
Remember: Your comments will help your team members understand how they are perceived by others and should not be used to settle scores. Disrespectful comments will not be tolerated, and will be removed from your team members' assessment. However, your professor will know if your comments were offensive or hurtful. Comment about to your professor about the group experience in general: You must also comment on how the group worked together as a whole. Copyright ©2014 John Molson School of Business |
